Strawberry-Blueberry Trifle





Fourth of July Strawberry Blueberry Trifle




Graham Cracker Crumble 

2  C.  graham cracker crumbs  
1 cube unsalted butter, melted
1 Tablespoon + 1 tsp sugar

Cream layer
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 C. whipped cream freshly whipped

Fresh strawberries and blueberries



Directions:


Graham Cracker Crumble
Crush crackers in a large ziplock type bag, use a rolling pin or your hands to crush. Pour crumbs, sugar and melted butter into a bowl and stir until fully combined. Pour into a 9″x13″baking dish, press into a even layer. Bake at 350*F for 10-12 minutes, until light brown. Cool to room temperature.

Fluffy Cheesecake
1. Beat cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beat to combine. Add lemon juice and beat until fully incorporated.
2. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.  Fill a large piping bag with the cream.

Dessert Assembly
To create the dessert as shown, layer a spoonful of graham cracker crumble, then a layer of cream, fresh sliced strawberries, more cream, fresh blueberries, and a decorative top of cream.Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
