The Gobbler! Turkey and dressing Panini!

post signature

Wee Bear just about flipped when I served him this for lunch! The components are all his favorites! Left over oven roasted turkey, my sausage stuffing and mayonnaise.

The Gobbler

Left overs-
Turkey
Dressing
Optional cranberry sauce ( I made mine without)

Bread
Mayonnaise
Swiss cheese

Preheat your grill to 350 F

While grill is heating prepare the sandwich. Brush one side of each piece of bread with butter. Spread mayonaise on the other side(inside).

Layer the turkey, stuffing, cheese and optional cranberry sauce on one side of bread and place the other over.

Grill for 5 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese is melting.

Left over Turkey soup can be found on this link  Turkey Soup with Stuffing Dumplings

I made my soup and had plenty of delicious broth left to freeze for a "Super Stock"!!
Often, I am too tired to cut off all the turkey on Thanksgiving. I just wrap up the entire turkey and deal with it the following day or even two days later.
