Thanksgiving is over and now we have all the delicious left overs! Over the next two days, I'm going to give you a delicious answer.....
Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Panini
Makes two whole sandwiches
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
4-6 ounces of turkey breast
3 ounces Brie, or another cheese, Swiss or cheddar
4 slices of bread
butter
Heat your grill to 350 degrees F
To make the sandwiches butter one side of each bread slice.
Layer the sliced brie, turkey. Top with the second piece of bread.
Cook both sandwiches for about 5 minutes with turkey side up, until the cheese is melted, pry open the top piece of bread and spoon on the cranberry sauce.
