Franks Red Hot Healthy Wings


A few years ago my daughter, Tink, made us a pizza using Frank's Hot sauce. She marinated the roasted chicken in Frank's and used the marinated chicken as one of the toppings.... I loved it!! Hense, this healthier recipe using Frank's! Enjoy!




Frank's Red Hot Wings
Fourth recipe in "Healthier wing series"

2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 c. Franks Hot sauce (or another brand)

Rinse  the chicken and place in  a pot. Fill pot to 2 inches above chicken. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Turn broiler to high.

Place the wings on a baking sheet and broil 6 minutes on each side.

Pour the hot sauce into a boil and drench the cooked wings in the sauce.

Serve with carrots, celery and Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing. Enjoy!
