Just in time for memorial day weekend! This is the sauce you love at that "World Famous Burger place"! This ideal secret sauce for burgers is a carefully balanced, creamy blend with just enough acid, spice, smokiness, and sweetness. This was developed especially for a burger, but it works just as well as for fries, onion rings, sandwiches, deviled eggs (instead of mayo), and more. I think this concoction is just right, but it's easy to adjust the proportions according to personal taste to create your own house secret sauce.
Not So Secret Sauce!
1/4 c. Hellmans or Best Foods mayonaise
1 1/2 tsp pickle juice (I used cucumber pickle juice, however you can use spicy or any other)
1 1/2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Stir all the ingredients together and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
