Anti Inflammatory Pineapple Pain Relief
I want to start off the New Year with a healthy drink that has changed my life in the last month. Sparing you the details, I have arthritis in my neck. Basically, it affected my quality of life having been a very active person. After a lot of different tests, physical therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, manipulations on and on.....a friend and fellow hiker gave me this recipe. He told me that he has been on this for one year. Prior to using this juice he could not open a jar!
